AND FOR SOME LOCAL TRIVIA:

Dec. 2, 1983 (From the yearbook)

"Around December wouldn't you think there would be lots of snow on the ground?  Well, things can change!  On December 2, 1982, there was 11 inches of rain, not snow, on the ground.   There were 150 people and some teachers stranded at the school until almost 8:30 P.M.  Students made sandwiches for everybody and they sold potato chips for 10 cents and soda was free.  This is a time to remember and reflect back to in years to come."
